please help me

i took a screen shot of these confounded immages which come every 5 secons. you cant open the appliucation notification exec because power pc applications are no longer supported. I tried to use an old external hard drive. and tried to install maxtor to open it with. Then I trashed the maxtor app

and am being tormented by theses constant idiotic messages which prevent me from using anything at all. they just keep coming. I hope someone can help me. Thanks very much Max osx version 10.7.5
