Itune's not detecting the DEVICE when i am connecting my iphone 4 to my laptop ?

Good morning,



My iphone when iam connecting to my pc itunes not opening automatically and itunes i will open by manually. the itunes window will be open,then the left side bar will show DEVICE is detecting. but now it not detecting.So i couldn't download and upload any things from my pc to iphone and vice versa.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1, laptop is windows7 home basic 64bit
