I am no longer able to access my Nike+ account.


Once my email and PW are entered- it brings up the login screen again. I have changed my PW and get the same endless loop.


Oddly- I CAN log into nike.com but CANnot enter via nikeplus.com.


I also created a dummy account with a different email address and get the same results...

I cleared cookies etc...

I tried chrome and safari...

I tried on a ipad, mbpro, and windows machine...


Still cant login...


Please help if you know what is happening here.

    Nike is performing scheduled maintainance to their site. I saw that information when I attempted to load the webpage. Check it later today and see if you can access.

    were you able to resolve this?  i am having the same problem and it is affecting my ability to set up my fuelband. i've spent a ton of time on the phone with nike and the best they can come up with is that my ISP is blocking the cookie ... which is absurd.

    I've been having the same issues.  Was able to set up my account and connect to friends thru FB on the app, but I want to log in to see more details and connect with non FB friends.  I've been getting that error message for days, and it does not work on ANY browser.

    I think I may have a solution. I was able to log-in using my iPhone.


    Nike uses a third-party log-in parter called Gigya. If your Safari browser settings is set to accept cookies only for sites that you browse, then that may be where the source of the problem is. You're trying to log-in to Nike's website, which is nikeplus.com (or something like that), and then Nike, in turn, would access socialize.gigya.com. So you see, if you're browsing preference is set only to accept cookies from site you only browse, it won't pass the cookie from Gigya. (Kindly correct me if I'm wrong, Gigya boys and girls)


    What I did was aside from going to my phone's Safari settings and clicking on the "Clear Cookies and Data" button, I also did two other things:

    1. Switched my private browsing from ON to OFF

    2. Changed the settings of ACCEPT COOKIES from "From Visited" to "Always"


    After I did this, I logged in again and it worked.

    I've having problem till now too..

    Safari, Chrome, firefox all cannot login..


    I tried you method but doesn't help..

    i cannot login to nikeplus using safari, it takes me back to the logon screen and i've tried every recommendation out there... any luck anyone?

    i cannot login to nikeplus using safari neither - login window just stays open.
