MBPr - Update Problems

Dear Community,

Since the lates MBPr Update I have been having serious Lag spikes while playing games that were not there before. Also only since the update, I have noticed slight ghosting on the screen after leaving my laptop for a while and coming back. Are these problems due to the update and is there a fix for them?

Secondly, I have Call of Duty: Black Ops from the mac app store and now after the update it has been unlinked from Game Centre(all stats lost). Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a fix.
