Server Settings

What are the appropriate server settings for an iCloud e-mail account in a client-side app like Eudora, Thunderbird, Entourage and Apple Mail? While I have an active iCloud account, it won't work reliable in any of the e-mail cleints I use.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
