I cant upload my podcast to itunes store

Hi! I cant upload my podcast to itunes store! when I paste XML link to itunes I can see error message "your internet connection was reloaded!". My internet connection is good! i have tryed to do it from different computers and providers! i dont know what to do to fix it! i have seen a lot youtube lessons but it doesnt work!!! Please help!
