ichat icons

Hi Josh,

Ifg you clear all the recent pics from your Buddy icon drop down or even empty the Recent Buudy pics folder you will be left with one of three pics.

1) A blue Globe if you have logged on as a .mac account

2) A Running Man if it is an AIM name

3) Any pic you have added to the Address book in your Me Card

Does that cover it ?

I'm having a similar problem. When I set up my iMac it took a quick snapshot of me and it's been stuck as my buddy icon on iChat ever since. I also installed Adium, which is what I prefer to use. In the address book I have removed my picture and set it to blank. I also cleared the buddy icon from iChat's selection. My problem is that Adium still displays the snapshot as my buddy icon. Adium doesn't seem to have any settings to modify the buddy icon and it doesn't seem to aknowledge that I've removed it from iChat and address book. It's an ugly photo. I need help hehe.

If you go to Users/(your account)/Library/Images/iChat Recent Pictures is the Pic in there.

Is there a file for AdiumX in the same Images folder ?
