The home key is intermittent.
I bought an Ipad for a Christmas gift in Dec 2011. The home key is now intermittent. This just started bout two weeks ago. I am pretty sure it should be covered under warranty, but when I inquire I get a tech who wants a fee. 1) I want to be sure it is under warranty; 2) what can I do to get it fixed?
