It seems that the Apple Trailers app are not syncing between my iPhone and iPad...also, when i try to add a movie as a favorite, it says "Error. Failed to update favorites." What might i be doing wrong?
iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3, 32gb AT&T

I'm having the same problem. I'm unable to save a movie as a favorite on any of my devices running IOS 6 and they aren't synching either.
I'm having the same issue on my iPhone 5. I had favorites on my old iPhone 4S and iPad 3 so ***?!! I thought Apple would have fixed this by now.
I am having the same problem. on phone with tec now. I have an itunes purchases email and an icloud email. when I set up my iphone as new without signing into icloud I then download trailers and I can save to favorites as soon as I setup icloud with my other sign in I go back to trailers and the error pops up again. I think it has to do with having different itunes and icloud email addresses
