newb - Calculating the bit rate acurately in Compressor ...?

I am pretty new to Compressor.

I have a regular SD DVD (4.7gb) project that I am trying to burn in DVD Studio Pro.

First I need to use Compressor to produce a m2v file that DVDSP can use.

My DVD consists of about 5 still menus (with transitions between those menus), and about 5 small featureettes which are about 5 mins each.

My main movie, is 1hr 58 mins and has one audio track. There are 2 subtitle tracks.

How can I calculate the best quality settings in Compressor based on the above info?

(I am using Compressor 2)
