This happened to me as well -

Check your wifi is on.

Double click the home button

Find iTunes on the mini menu

Hold it in

Press the delete button in the comer

Do the same to the App Store

Go to settings, change the year like 20 years forward

Go onto any app other than the App Store or iTunes

After a bit, it should ask you for your password - put it in.

Go onto the home screen and click on iTunes


Hopefully this should work. Ps I have an iPod touch, not an iPhone, I don't know how different they are, but give it a try anyway.


Ps be aware that it will disable iMessage which you can easily re-enable (speaking as an iPod user)
