I bought iphone4s from boston (USA). but now I'm in malaysia and i buy a new sim card which is "Digi" and insert into my iphone4s , but there is not activated to my phone. So what should I do? Thanks very much

If your iPhone is locked to a specific carrier you're out of luck.

You can sell your iphone to someone on teh U.S who can use it and buy one from your country.
Yep, like everyone else is saying, unless you bought it unlocked, there is no way around it. Except jailbreaking and unlocking, but I'm not even sure that is possible on the new OS yet.
