iPhone settings for Network for tethering

I accidentally deleted my iPhone from the Network on my macbook system preferences. How can I add it again so I can use the tethering, because it isn't finding the USB and also isn't connecting to the Bluetooth.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
