My Ipod Shows No Wifi Connection

When I Bought The Ipod From A Person On Craigslist. (Obusly Cheaper) He Sayed The Power Button Only Doesnt Work. Turn to Find Out The Wifi Doesnt Work Eather. Ive Tryed To Restore it and Let It does it thing. But Still shows nothing (All it Shows Is Other on the wifi) And I Do Have Wifi At My House And Put It Close. And Just To Make Sure I Put My Ipod Touch 2G With It and see if its just messing around with me. But My Ipod 2G Finds It Fine. Is There Any way i can fix this some how?

Please Help Me Out!

Is this your problem?

iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim

If not successful, an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is usually in order.

Yea i was about to do that. Is there anything i need to pay for when i see them or? When i ask for repairs?

The appointment is free. If it not an easy fix, they will exchange it for a refurbished one for this price.
