How can I change my street names to French or English instead of Flemish?

How can I change my street names to French or English instead of Flemish?

The names of streets should show up in whatever languge is official or predominant for the locale (meaning if you look at a map of France, it will show street names in french). There is a Map Label setting in the Settings app for maps, but I don't beleive it will effect street names.
