Nov 14, 2012 12:48 PM in response to KDoellingerby KDoellinger,Thanks am trying that. We keep getting a box that asks for our vm passcode, but we have never used that... any way to override that ?
The re-boot did not resolve.... now I'm guessing it has to do with the password request.

To get the password, you will need to contact your phone carrier and have them reset it.
If you are on AT&T - on your phone dial 611 - then follow the prompt for voicemail - then the prompt for reset passcode, once you have done that you will receive a text. Then go to your voicemail enter that passcode and then setup your voicemail and then listen to it.
