Apple tv not working anymore

I have Apple TV for more than a year and it was working fine until two days ago. It had wired internet. it couldn't access to iTuens stor. I changed it to wireless and worked fine for just two houres and then problem came back but with diffrent face. It dosn't load movie or TV show and it says "ready to play in ..." very long time (like 3 houres and 55 minutes!). I even reset all settings, but no change. I live in Czech Republic.
