Error (-69)

Whenever I try to sync my iPod to iTunes it throws several different errors from the 1415 to the -50 error. Just now it says attempting to copy to the disk JANA LEE DR failed. An unknown error occured (-69). Can someone please help this is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!
