On my iPhone 4s I don't have Setting > General > Cellular

On my IPhone 4S (latest software installed) ( don't have a Settings > Personal Hotspot option, or Setting > General > Cellular. How can I get the Personal Hotspot to work?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

You have to be provisioned by your phone carrier to use personal hotspot. Are you provisioned to do so? If not contact your phone carrier.

Maybe your provider doesnt support personal hotspot?
