Is it possible to read PDF's stored in iBooks in other PDF readers?

Hi all - I'm just wondering if it is possible to read PDF's stored in iBooks to be read by my other PDF reader apps? I can typically email PDF's in iBook, but there is a particular PDF which has the email option disabled. I'd be grateful for any assistance. Thanks!
