My new iPhone 5 keeps saying No Service and I can't get it to work. I went to "Settings," General" and "reset," and then "Reset Network Settings." as suggested online, but this did not fix it. Can you please help?

Have you tried a reset, hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
