I want to install mkLinux on my Mac and was wondering if I could do the partitioning in a tool like Gparted(instead of the tool tha comes with MKlinux) with the ATA hard drive in an external USB enclosher and then have it recognizable by my Perfoma 6400. Also I am thinking about installing a bigger hard drive if I have one, is it true that my Mac will accept up to a 120 GB drive?

Cool 🙂. But what about partitioning can it be done on a PC before installing the drive in my Mac?
No. PC can't format a disk for Mac.
