I have an appel MacBook Pro 5.5
I run Appel Hardware test after having anormal fan speed, it run always at 6200 rpm. The error code is 4SNS/1/40000000:TCOD-128.000
What it mean.
MacBook Pro, My Fan run at 6200 rpm
Sensor problem.
Can I Do any configuration change to have a normal Fan performance without repearing the sensor ?

I would have it looked into. Have you tried:
Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
But if this makes no difference then the sensor needs to be replaced.
Thanks a lot, I already tried to reset the NVRAM and SMC, but still have the same problem so i will need to replace the sensor. Can we know which sensor should be replaced and its position within the mainboard ?
