firewire cable keeps poppindg out of firewire connection

I seem to allways have problems with the firewire cables coming loose from both the hard drive and the macbook pro causing files to go offline and then not reconnecting. Is there any devise that securely keeps the cable from coming out, I have no such problem with the usb connectors, theyare snug an dsecure.
