Hi there,

I had been working with the version of iPhoto that was originally installed on my late 2008 MacBook for quite some time before I decided to upgrade this week. I've installed the newest version from the app store, but now when I click on iPhoto it tells me it can't run "due to an incompatible version of ProKit".

I've looked at some other threads, which contained advice to update ProKit and/or the OS. Apart from iPhoto, I have religiously updated every piece of software on my machine since I first bought it. The OS is the latest version and I can't upgrade ProKit because apparently the one I have is the newer version of that too.

I'm really annoyed that I paid 10 pounds to try to improve my photo browser and ended up destroying it.

Does anybody know what's wrong and how I can fix it?

Thanks in advance.
