I have my PhotoStream turned on both on my iPhone and on my PC. Also, I have WiFi turned on. But for some reason, my photos won't upload from my iPhone to my PC. Any suggestions?
Also, my phone is stuck in 'headphones' mode for Ringer. Can't get it out...?

Your phone must be connected to wifi with the camera app closed and have at least 20% battery life remaining in order to upload photos to photo stream. Also, only photos taken on your phone after turning on photo stream are uploaded, not earlier photos.
If you phone is stuck in headphone mode you may have debris in the headphone jack at the top of the phone blocking the sensor causing your phone to believe your headphones are plugged in. Try blowing the jack with a can of compressed air and/or rapidly inserting and removing your headphones multiple times to dislodge it.
