How do I select which songs will go to the cloud to be seen.

How do I select which songs will go to the cloud to be seen or downloaded to a device? I have music that is Adult rated but my daughter uses my ipad at times. I don't want her seeing or downloading those songs from my itunes library to play those songs. I don't want those songs matched from my itunes library.
