Will Apple send me a box to mail my broken iPod in?

I'm sending in my iPod for repairs. I cracked the screence and it no longer works. But I was wondering Apple sends you a box and their address so that I can send them my broken iPod in it.

Did you make prior arrangements? If so then they send you a box and label.

Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers.
