My email continues to spam everyone in my address book. Is there a fix?

Are you certain that the emails are actually coming from you or is someone "spoofing" your email address? Who is your ISP/email provider? Have you contacted them about this issue?
Are there emails in your sent box? if not, they are probably not been sent from your computer, but elsewhere.
1st, change all your email, ISP, account passwords.
The emails are in my sent box.
It only starts occurring when I restart my my mail app on my MacBook Air (2012). The app asked for my password twice...
1st>>in the system preference>mail accounts (normal)
2nd >>when I open the email app and try to send an email it has a drop-down that says that i need to enter email password again (normal???)
This occurrs when I update email app with new password on the Mac when I changed my email password at the ISP using the WEB based email (Yahoo).
