Each time I buy diamonds on hayday I am charged for 2 lots of £2.99 when I should only be charged once. This has happened on a few occasions and when I go to "report a problem" it won't let me. This is the 2nd time I have asked about this?

Each time I buy diamonds on hayday I am charged for 2 lots of £2.99 when I should only be charged once. This has happened on a few occasions and when I go to "report a problem" it won't let me. This is the 2nd time I have asked about this?

Help I have been charged double each time for diamonds on Hayday and can't report the problem.

If the 'report a problem' link from your purchase histrory doesn't work then try contacting iTunes support via this page (these I user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
