why i could not change my location

I was creating a card on the iphoto and ready to pay for it,

but it turned out that my location was in Hong kong and I could not change it!!!

I'm in Rochester, NY and I need you to ship the card here ASAP for my BF's birthday

so plz plz plz tell me how to change my location on the iphoto,
