Transferring music to iTunes between PC and iPad

I've synced my iPad with an ITunes Library other than my own.

How do I now transfer music from my own library (ie from imported CDs) without erasing all music on my iPad?

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1

Thanks Demo!

I followed the instructions to "Manually Manage.." and after a couple of false starts, it worked and I moved three CDs across to my iPad just by drag and drop. 🙂
