i got dell vostro. i got back from a trip, whike i was at the trip i download pictures ti my ipad from the sd.
i edit the pic in ulbums.
now i want to move my albums to the pc.
i read the support answer about it but i cant find the photo tab on the left side under the ipad device.

It doesn't appear on the left-hand side, a Photos tab appears on the right-hand side of your computer's iTunes when you've selected the iPad 'device' on the left-hand side - but that is only used to copy photos to the iPad, not to copy them off.
To copy photos to your computer that were taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites then see this page - on a PC you can use the windows camera wizard

but how can i move the album?
There are third-party apps such as Simple Transfer that allow you to select an album and copy it's contents over to your computer via your wifi network, but as far as I know the 'normal' import process will only import the photos and not the albums that you've copied them into.
