podcast could not be downloaded at this time

With the new podcast app there are podcasts that I can no longer download, I get the attached error message on my iPhone as well as my iPad. (I can get them just fine with iTunes on my desktop) When I try to stream them they only play about five min. and then they start over, also you are not able to move the timeline up. If this is an isue with the hosting site please let me know and I will pass this along to the master there. thank you for your help on this.
