Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
I will try, but the problem is that I can connect to the store but I can't download updates or new apps.
This appens only through my wifi at home ..
Out of my home work all perfectly.
It appened after new iOS6 installation (I already tried with the restore of ipad as new, a previosu backup etc. but without success). I don't understand why also the PC Windows XP have the same problem !
Maybe something in the setting of the home wifi which entered in conflict with app store ... !
I have an iPhone 5 my wifi is going in and out and when it goes out to LTE it is acting as if there is none there so pages come up as error. It will not let me update nor download new apps from the App Store. My phone shut it self off in the middle of the night and now I have it plugged in to charge it says its charging but my battery is losing charge. Really frustrating. Is there any end in sight or should I just be trying to replace it?!?!
