Hey mark, don't worry about it I experienced the same problem and I contacted apple store and explained my problem to them , they send me a new iPad mini and ask me to send my old iPad back which is free of cost.

I had same issue, but the reseller rejected to exchange the new one for it.
They just asked me to return it for refurbished one. It's so bad. I just bought 3 days.
The authorized reseller is Data Express, Taiwan.
I'm having the same issue. First ipad mini that I have replaced had yellowish tint allover the screen, but replacement also has an evident yellow stain at the left bottom of the screen, going up along the left edge. Very irritating. I'll be returning this one too and asking for a full refund.
