How do you unpair a remote if you've lost the original?
My kids lost the orginal remote and I bought a new one which turns the unit on, but does not scroll through the menu icons. How to I get the new remote to work?

Try unplugging ATV. When the reset menu comes up and askes you if you want to restart unpair the remote.
