Help! Timelines disappeared!

My timelines in ALL my projects disapperaed yesterday. The sequences play in the canvas, but NO timeline shows up. I'm totally freaked out, as we'te talking about two years of work. I'm editing on a Mac Pro Quad-core, 2009 Nehalem and using Final Cut 7. How do I restore my timelines? Thanks so much!!!
