Help...My iTunes account automatically renewed a subscription this morning that I want to cancel. How do I do this? I called the magazine and they said I must go through the iStore...but there is no instructions for canceling.

Help...My iTunes account automatically renewed a subscription this morning and its a magazine subscription that I wanted to cancel - I hated reading it on a screen. I did not realize that the autorenewal setting was the default. How do I do this? I called the magazine and they said I must go through the iStore...but there is no instructions for canceling. Do I go through the credit card company that it has now been charged to??? Thanks for any help.

If you want a refund then all purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
