If you do not have service with Verizon, you can not get it unlocked. Buy a phone you can use.

You can not. You can not use those phones.
Sell them and buy iPhones from a legitimate source.
Since you don't live in the US, why did you purchase Verizon iPhones to begin with?
i bought cheaper from US
i didn't know i can't use in saudi arabia
and i didn't have experience about it

Verizon will only unlock phones for their customers. There is nothing you can do.
