Rules for junk filtering

I receive emails that have subject lines that begin [Psych-all-users] followed after a space by a small amount of text, seldom more than 40 characters.

Mail puts them in the junk folder.

I've tried to create a rule to stop this, but no success so far.

Any ideas?
