My current Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7 (11A480b) and i want to update to 10.7.3 for java update for a .jar file. But it doesnt come up on Software Update

Go here > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1484 and Download and Install the Combo Update.
After a Successful Install be sure to Restart your computer.
The latest Update for Lion is 10.7.5

When I run the installer it goes through all but the 4th points which is where u have to select a disk to save it on and when I cant choose any because it says something about the volume "Mac OS X update Combined cant me installed on this disk. This volume does not meet the reqiurements for this update"

Assuming that you don't have the original 10.7 installer app, restart and boot into recovery mode, hold down the CMD+R keys, and reinstall the OS that way. Do note that you'll get the latest version.

No. Reinstalling only replaces OS components and basic Apple apps with latest versions. Reinstalling never touches user data or settings, network settings, or 3rd-party apps.
It says I need to download the OS from app store....
Then, the original installer is gone from your machine and the only way to restore is to go to the MAS.
