it seems like the hinge moved over to the right, should i pop it back in place,or should i visit the apple store? the display is completely fine , but my concern is if it will become worse, also i would like to know if this is serious and if it is covered by warranty

Note that the black piece "floats" loose and you can recenter it by wiggling a fingernail, corner of a credt card, etc. on the "tight" side to move towards the other end. Only if it is tight on both sides would it require more determined adjustment (i.e., sanding down).

but is the screen attached to the black bar? wouldnt that mean that the whole screen has shifted right?
It may. Since it is really a thin piece of plastic, rubbing against the textured aluminum case, the noise it makes will sound much worse than it really is. Once you've aligned/centered it, if the grinding persists then you can suspect the friction clutches on the lid hinges themselves and start booking a Genius reservation.

No. The black piece is just a cover to make it look pretty, else Steve Job's ghost won't rest in peace.... 😝
May want to visit IFixIt.com, in the Mac Repairs section. Go to the DIY procedures section, choose your model and see how the screen is replaced, so you'll see how it is put together and the purpose of the cover.
