How do I delete frames on a music file?

I think you have to be a little bit more precise with your question. A video signal has frames but not audio unless you are talking about SMPTE timecode.

Frames are also used in the internal file structures of mp3 and other audio formats. I've used a Windows freeware in the past called MPEG Audio Scissors. I'm not sure about OS X but there are bound to be trimming tools that can remove unwanted frames without re-encoding the audio stream.
