Did anyone pay for a new sim card to fix the "no sim card instead" problem on the iphone5?

I buy 4/5 SIM card for "no service". But still same problem. What is the solution.

If the carrier requires their customers to pay for SIM cards, then Yes, someone paid for it.
Most carriers will provide a replacement SIM at no cost to customers.
