How to enable Upnp on iPhone 4 personnel hotspot

I am try to use my iPhone to play Xbox games online as my network says I can but my Xbox says I have restricted nat and it say need to enable upnp or open port 3074 and its not a network problem as it was working before

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1
