Nov 15, 2012 5:46 PM in response to pbroderiby randers4,Is this a work phone? If so, your IT department may have pushed a security profile to your phone preventing you from backing up to iCloud. If it isn't, try connecting your phone to iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and select Back Up to iCloud, then sync your phone.

The IT settings probably won't allow me to back it up on iCloud because company information is on my phone as well...it all makes sense now. Haha I am a goof. I guess I will just have to use iTunes
