I lost audio output except for USB headset any Ideas?
Has anyone experienced the loss of audio output except for the USB port? If so what might I try to fix the problem?

In fact, do 3 in a row, takes a bit of time.
Open Audio Midi Setup in Applications>Utilities, see the input & output options & KHz setting there, some things will change it for their own use, then not set it back.
