For about the past month or so, my speakers on my phone arent working, i cant listen to music, videos, and my text tone go off. But when someone is calling the ringer works. So irritating that i cant listen to my music without something in my ears. is there some way someone can help me fix this?

Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. If you've tried ALL of these steps and the problem persists, you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation.
