Safari 5.1.7 Menubar

I launched Safari 5.1.7 today and realized that a third of my menu bar was gone.

User uploaded file

It was working normally until today. The only things I updated were the Canon Printer Software Update 2.11 and the Clea.nr Videos for YouTube Safari extension. I uninstalled all extensions, reset Safari, rebooted my Mac, nothing. Any advice?
